The villa is of unusual architectural design with ‘rotunda’ and some Moorish-style windows. The large, secluded Andalucian landscaped garden is protected by conifers and cypresses. There is a large and completely private pool with shower. The patio overlooks the pool. However, there are several other areas to enjoy a meal ‘al fresco’ as the sun moves round. Relax under the shade of old fig trees and banana palms, whilst oleander bushes and old ‘Muscadet’ vines add further atmosphere.

The large living room, connecting to the well equipped kitchen and a dining area, which leads to the covered terrace. Furthermore there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Cala de Aceite is within 15 minutes walk through the pine grove. This is the local sandy cove, complete with ‘chiringuito’ - beach bar. It is sheltered by sand-stone cliffs. The conservation area of pine forest invites you to walks, bike-riding and horse treks.

A modern central heating provides pleasant temperatures during the cooler months. You receive Spanish and German TV, and also English language channels. There is a video recorder and stereo with CD.

Las Higueras is located amongst the pine groves in a peaceful and private orchard setting of palms, fig trees and vines, yet near several stunning sandy beaches in the proximities of the charming fishing town Conil with its endless, broad sand beaches. Shop, restaurant and ‘family-run’ pizza house within walking distance. To the beaches, Bars, Restaurants and super-markets it is a 5 min. drive. We recommend our clients to rent a car.
